Wine Tasting Success

“What a wonderful and hugely successful evening”, was the quote of the night at the first James Pendleton Live to Give Wine Tasting evening.

The event was hosted on October 7th by Lee & Lucy Pendleton at their home in Wandsworth Common. Around fifty guests attended the event, at which they were treated to delicious canapés kindly supplied by Craig James of Brasserie James. Eric Lanlard from Cake Boy proclaimed the quails scotch eggs to be ‘amazing’.

A highlight of the evening was the entertaining Charity Auction, with amazing prizes thoughtfully donated by local businesses such as Alfa Romeo, Fiat Group, Cake Boy, Brasserie James, Greg Wallace @ Wallis & Co, Jo Partridge, Orao Hair, Tranquillity, Friendly Spanish, Amelia's Follies, Tony Robinson, Esporta Health Club, Cellar Door and James Pendleton Estate Agents.
The guests were thoroughly entertained by Joy Gower from Joy Gower Hypnotherapy, who was a brilliant Auctioneer and expertly encouraged guests to bid generously for the prizes! The event raised just over £3,000 for the Live to Give charity.

Lee & Lucy Pendleton would like to personally thank everyone for attending and for giving so much. The main charities to benefit from the auction are The Trinity Hospice and the Perthes Association.
