This weekend, the LivetoGive charity organisation received an early Christmas present in the form of the ‘Best Charity Partnership with a Local Business’ award at Trinity Hospice’s stellar annual gala.

The Trinity Star Ball took place this year at the gorgeous Planit venue in Embankment and proved to be a spectacular combination of sterling entertainment and grass roots fundraising.  The evening’s charity auction proved to be a thrilling success and a human sized snowglobe, delicious meal and seasonal disco contributed to the festive feel.

The LivetoGive team, headed up by James Pendleton CEO and MD Lee Lames and Lucy Pendleton, attended the event and were ecstatic at their win.  “LivetoGive and Trinity Hospice have a great relationship; we’re delighted to support such a worthy and giving cause’ said LivetoGive team member Kelly Willingham; ‘but this award has truly come as a wonderful surprise, and has helped to make this year extra special for LivetoGive and James Pendleton alike’.

The LivetoGive team have plenty planned for the New Year, and with such fantastic charities to support there should be no shortage of ideas and enthusiasm in months to come.
