South West London Estate Agency James Pendleton, which has ten offices in Fulham,  Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth and Lambeth including a Property Management office, has for a number of years, been fundraising for a number of important local charities.

"We have made it through the recession and continue to thrive and expand," says CEO Lee James Pendleton. "So now it's time to take this to the next level and share some of our success, passion and sense of fun for the benefit of those less fortunate than ourselves."

The company has organised many and varied fund-raising initiatives since 2010 including a Halloween Party, treasure hunts, cycling challenges, rallying in India, local and company raffles, parties and quizzes.

This October our Live to Give team have organised a night of spooktacular entertainment in aid of the Haven.

We are supporting The Haven Breast Cancer Support Center in Fulham which is an amazing organisation that not only supports those that have been diagnosed with breast cancer but also their family and friends.  We are hoping to raise a big sum of money so that they can continue to offer this support system to the thousands of people that need them.

The event will see DJ Jack the Lad blast out Halloween classics in our ghoulishly decorated location, The Alma in Wandsworth.  Not only that but through the exceptionally generous donations of local businesses and friends we have an incredible auction where you can bid for golfing events, a Kindle, clothing vouchers and dinner dates!  There will also be a raffle and prizes for the best (or even worst) fancy dress!
