The LivetoGive team celebrated another success this Halloween as their spooky charity fundraiser collected a phenomenal £1,214! Proceeds will go to our four worthy causes; Action for Children, Trinity Hospice, Battersea Dogs and Cats Home and Perthes Association.
With support from a long list of fantastic local businesses as well as the organisational panache of the LivetoGive team, the atmosphere at the Halloween party was incredible and a real example of the strength of community spirit. Patrons at the Alma, Wandsworth - where the event was held - dug deep to support the LivetoGive cause and didn’t hesitate to join in with festivities including a raffle, cupcake sale and live music.
A hotly contested costume competition was won by the mummified manager of James Pendleton’s Wandsworth Common office, Deborah Bunting, who won a fantastic holiday from Happy Camper Holidays. Delicious cupcakes were provided by the famous Kelly Willingham and local band Nico and Nathan provided added atmosphere with a set list of creepy classics.
The event was a tremendous success and we cannot wait to see the spirit and enthusiasm of November 1st repeated in future. We would like to extend a massive thank you to our sponsors, raffle prize donors and supporters:
